I went back and forth a few times ready to ask the same question. Lol. You’re a better man than I am.

Don't know why anyone would bother buying from XD with multiple stories of garbage customer service.

We are extremely sorry for not maintaining the customer service we were known for and we are embarrassed.

Truthfully, the business has grown rapidly and although it was good for the business, it took a toll on our customer service. Needless to say, it was beyond what we could've handled and we failed. We have since hired more customer service reps and retrained all of our staff to provide world-class customer service.

With a bigger team, all emails are getting answered within 24 business hours and even as low as 2 business hours lately. All calls are getting answered with our new phone system. If we missed your phone call, you can leave a voicemail and we will call you back. No voicemails go unanswered. We have since learned a lot and recognize our mistakes. We have made some changes to never be in that position again.

Again, we are extremely sorry if you received bad service from us or read horror stories from other members. We want to keep supporting this forum and all 4Runner enthusiasts. Thank you again and if you do give us another chance, we hope we can provide you and everyone else, world-class customer service.

In their defense, when I purchased HIDs / DRLs from them 1.5 years ago - their customer was fantastic! Quick replies and they even followed up on my troubleshooting / shipping inquires. I was shocked to read the negative reviews recently, hopefully what they said is true and are on the mend with their customer service delivery.
