Vibration after fuel filter reolacement

I just replaced my fuel filter a few days ago and now I have a vibration upon startup that can be felt from my drivers seat. The idle will be steady at 1500 but I feel the vibration for about 20 seconds or so, then it's gone. If I turn the truck off, then right back on there is no vibration. It seems to be coming from my fuel tank area possibly?

I drove around a bit today and most of the time it only does it from cold start, but did notice it once after getting gas. Again, just for maybe 20 seconds at idle, then it goes away.

This was my first time removing the EFI relay since installing my Airaid MIT tube about 100 miles ago. Not sure if it's related or not. My idle was higher before removing the EFI relay and replacing the fuel filter. I was previously at 2k idle on cold starts .

Any ideas? The truck seems to be running and driving great other than the short vibration at idle that just started after replacing the filter.

Thanks for any help.

Update:

I can see my transfer case and drive lines vibrating while this is happening.

Im also noticing a lot of white smoke and condensation from tailpipe, even with engine at normal temp. It was a mild temp night here in Texas, about 65 degrees at start up. The smoke and condensation was a lot worse at startup, but persists even after 20 minutes of idling.

Kinda sounds like a head gasket.
