I just put a post on this, but I assure you you can usually fix the probelm with either tires, balancing, alignment, brake rotors or all of the above, sometimes it can even be loose tire rod ends, or ball joints.. How may miles are on your 4runner? also did it just show up out of no where, or has it slowly onset? Also is the vibration in the seat and pedals, or in the steering wheel, cause that will seperate it from the back or front. how old are your tires, uneven wear? I had cupping on my old tires that didnt really look that bad to me..but sure enough it caused the wheel to always sit naturally to the right and shake....new tires and bammm no shake or pull...
P.S. as others will tell you, the wheels on 4runners are notorious for being hard to balance, this can sometimes be due to the mechanics lack of knowledge that the toyota wheels are not lug centric but are however hub centric. they are supposed to use a adapter on the machine called a haweka adapter...
