vibration when im acc and uses motorbrake

Hi all
I have been reading a lot of posts, but not all because its several 1000 of them...
So maybe this one has been up before..
Need some help here:
1, when i accelerate the car starts to vibrate, it feels like the whole car is vibrating, this happens at any speed
2, when i shift down a gear it also vibrates
3, i dont have any mech i trust or know is good at this

Does anyone have a clue what it can be??

PS! its a 1995 4 runner, with manual gear, 4wd and 125hk

Probably the driveshaft. Crawl under and check for freeplay at the joints.
