Yes, all three lights. I ran some Lucas fule treatment "Tune Up In A Bottle" and check engine, VCS OFF, VCS Trac lights came on the next day. Went to Autozone they checked it, and turned lights off. Sometimes the smallest things can throw a code, like a loose gas cap, or fule treatments.

Removed plus batty terminal to clear errors, but have not driven the vehicle
Anyone want to speculate which sensor may have been the cause? What sensor has been the most problematic? The car has 80,ooo miles and is driven in dusty and bumpy area.
Things still haven't changed. My '07 just had the same problem. all the lights on, but the solution was to replace a leaky charcoal canister.
I would expect something like this from my old Ford, but I am surprised that Toyota would disable a safety system due to an emissions problem.
My dealer had no explaination, thanks for the earlier post that explained that they are trying to minimize any load on the engine. That almost made sense.
I was skeptical, but we will see if that was truly the problem.
