Took some time to shoot some photos of the 4Runner on the VTX Outlaw before sending this one to paint strip and powdercoat. Loving how the sliders help even out the bottom of the car. Will be putting them to use on Saturday!! :high5:

They are. We used some spare 75mm lug nuts from our sister brand, VarrsToen while we were waiting for the container of the VTX Offroad wheels and close-ended lug nuts. You can find the open ended lug nuts here.

They have since arrived. They close ended color options can be seen below:

Love the stance. As someone who owns a '16 TEP w/KDSS (Super White) this gives me something to work towards. Any rubbing issues with the 285's?

Thank you for the kind words! I haven't experienced rubbing issues on the 285s. I will update if there is any that I experience in the future but chances are minimal :spy:

Took the 4R out for some photos last Friday. Loving how it all is coming together right now. Just a couple more days and I'll be taking the rig out for its first adventure! :cheers:

Very nice! Did you look at any other awnings before choosing that one? I'd like a Drifta but I am not sure it would work with the way the back on the 4R opens.

I looked into that one too but it was too large for me. ARB allows me to get it set up on my own without much difficulty, which was why I went with it! Drift has a little to many legs for me to get it down with two arms and two legs. :laugh:

Thanks and I do have a newbie question. Aesthetic preferences aside, for a vehicle that sees off-road use, it is better to run closed end lugs to keep crud off the wheel stud threads or is that of little concern?

It's recommended to run closed ended for off road use so that mud and stuff don't get trapped in the studs and promote rust. The spline lug nuts look pretty good too! :bounce:
