W. Mass. Dealers a joke

I am a proud owner of a 2015 4runner sr5 premium with NO help from my local dealers. We have a large local dealer Balise Toyota. What a joke they would not bring in the vehicle I want they wanted me to wait until one showed up.. They also had No idea what would show up ????? They tried to push a limited model I did not want on me. Gale Toyota in Enfield Ct. lowballed me on my trade and insulted my intelligence. Hadad Toyota in pittsfield also lowballed me on my trade and very little discount. Herb Chambers...those skunks sold a vehicle while I was on my way to them. and the winner is
PRIME TOYOTA is the best they located and flatbed the vehicle to their location. They gave me a fair price on my trade {clean 1 owner Mitsubishi suv}discounted the 4runner properly handled the sale quickly.
They are located in Lancester Ma. I drove 1hr to them and they were great.

It may be a drive but I have heard good things about Acton Toyota..... My daughter bought a used Prius there and indicated that the process was relatively painless and had a minimum of hassle/games....

My family is big on Toyota, mainly the IRA dealers so needless to say they have bought maybe 5-6 vehicles from them. Tewksbury, Nashua were the main ones they dealt with but when I went to look for my '15 TE I went to Danvers.

Fortunately I had a good experience and they worked with me on my trade in and even settled on a price both party was happy with me. Pleasant to deal with and needless to say my family as a whole has given them a lot of our business.

my dad bought his tundra from balise and i take my 4runner there for any dealer required service/parts and have never had a bad experience.... hopefully its an isolated incident
