My nephew has recently graduated from college. He got $500 off on a 2023 4Runner through the College Rebate Program. He was lucky to call exactly the avondale toyota customer service in Arizona to get it. I doubt all dealers work with such programs.

The college graduate program and the military program are from Toyota Financial, thus are available from all Toyota dealers.

The only problem with them is you must finance through them. But nothing says you can't refinance at a better rate after you take delivery of the vehicle.
