WAS THE TOW HITCH FACTORY OR AN OPTION?

I have a 1990 4runner 3.0 v6 manual trans sr5 and it has a tow hitch . Were these an option or did all of these model come with them?

If they are factory, did the option include a bigger radiator?

What is the towing capacity?

You posted in 4th gen which is actually the wrong section for this question
