Water/Bubbles in Oil : Advice Please

I couldn't find the part number either. I went with the same ID silicon hose, since there needs to be a bit of flex in it (fuel hose from the part store won't work).

It's the actual metal right angle breather tube thing that I can spin and is leaking. I think it's part of the valve cover because it doesn't seem replaceable.

I think though it's just in there by compression, so a few knocks on the back of the tube should tighten it up again so it doesn't leak.
