Has anyone heard of this system or tried it on their 4Runner (lookup water4gas on the internet)? I know someone who installed it on a Ford and had decent results to improve fuel economy. But I'd like more evidence and have heard that 4Runners it is more difficult to get around the computer adjusting the lean/rich mixture.
I wonder what it does to the engine long term. So who wants to be the daring mechanic?
Using the search trick in this thread search HHO. There's been a few disussions no has been able to provide quantifiable evidence that it really works. Any add-on devices to trick the computer so as to optimize the HHO's just lean the engine radically. The deadly NOx emmissions have to be through the roof and I would expect that detonation would also be an issue.
