weird rattling

Hi guys. a quick question who may have experienced this . My 2000 V6 LMT, auto, has a weird rattle noise underneath- under the passenger's feet underneath the door, or hood or ...somewhere.. It sounds like a loose cat converter element but it is not it. I changed the cat and is still the same. I can hear it only with windows closed and on motion. Never when i'm stopped. Can hear it while im accelerating and driving with/up to 2300 RPM. If I go higher, it disappears. It's exactly like lose element inside the cat, its like u scratching a metal plate, but , definitely not. I used that kind of camera that you put it in (my buddy mechanic) and seems just fine. Is there anything by trany dipstick that causes such thinks?? I high pressured with air under the cat covers for rocks or whatever, but nothing. Im Mechanicaly inclined myself but is nothing I can come up with, I gave up, I changed the cat convertor and ...damn, is not it. I bet it was it but I was wrong. Any shared thoughts would help. Has been like this for 3 years- never more never less, steady never disappears or increases. ( I wished)
