Weird rubbing noise??

Hey guys, new to the forum. I just bought a 94 4runner and I'm having a weird problem. It seems like when I turn all the way to the right, I get a rubbing noise. Almost like the wheel is rubbing the wheel well, but I can see its not rubbing. Don't know what it is. Also, when randomly driving, I get another weird rubbing grinding noise up front on the passenger side. It does it for a couple seconds then goes away. Do u think it is the front shock. Is it bottoming out? If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks
