I've had bad vibrations once up to speed due to caked mud in the wheels. Another time, no mud but rocks, I got some vibes once off the trail and back on the road. Somewhere on the trail I ripped off some wheel weights on one wheel.
Mud although soft can cause some issues. With another vehicle in mud all day I cracked an aluminum rim. I had a slow leak, took it in and they said I had mud and dirt between the rim and bead. After having it dismounted and remounted it continued. After closer inspection and a week of a slow leak we found a crack in the rim.
Give everything a good looking over and clean everything off. Check for for something as easy (and expensive) as the harmonic balancer on the transmission. If it's gone you'll have vibrations.
