weird window yuck

so my 4runner was parked at the airport for a week, and when I got in last night, midnight, on the drivers window ...on the inside....was this weird brown ish spotty film
so first mistake was I took my credit card to wipe it off, looks like I scratched the window, crap
then this morning I took glass cleaner to it, nothing, did not touch it

then I took viniger to it, nothing, did not lift it

its weird, its brown, spotty, you can feel it sticks up from the glass

did the Toyotas have the tinting as an applied film, and is this the sign that it is lifting/peeling

so after posting that I discovered , after trying glass cleaner again
it is an applied film and it is lifting I guess, cause a piece came off and I was using a soft sponge

it is the tint as applied by factory/dealer according to new car sticker detail as privacy glass

anyone else have this issue

and if I have to get it redone, can another layer applied to the back window glass to make it darker

as it is the backs are darker then the drivers and front pass , but would nice to be a bit darker, esp over the cargo area

Window cleaner with ammonia is used to remove tint film.

Tint film can be applied over factory tinted windows (the glass is tinted - it has no film from factory for rear doors, rear windows and tailgate window). Luck. :cowboy:
