Welding in So/Cal San Diego area

Is there anyone near San Diego can help a member out with some minor welding?

I have an aftermarket rear bumper with a hitch receiver built in and I would like to fabricate a bumper extension that would be mounted on/in the hitch receiver.

This would consist of a single bent tube and cut piece or sheet metal or similar.

The whole point is to add 6 inches to the bumper so that I can set my stove on it, similar to a pickup truck bed. This would be for the easy going camping trips, not hardcore wheeling.

I can make the design in cardboard but I have no welding equipment.
