Well gents I went and did it... I bought a 98 4runner limited with 123k on it. Its got all the bells and whistles for the year and packages. The lady I bought it from had it maintained 100% by Toyota of Bellevue and handed me a book with everything ever done to it init. With that being said where do I start... I want to lift it and all but first things first I am taking it to Toyota of Puyallup to get it fully looked at fix anything that might be wrong. What would you gents do?

Congratulations! That car is not even halfway through its life! And if you plan on lifting,i would recommend you replace lower ball joints and check your cv axles. Also, at that mileage it would be a good idea to do the timing belt, and enjoy your new toy!

well the cv and thr trans axles were changed at like 100k and the timing around 60k so idk if i need to changed them now or not and the cvs and trans look well intact... the lbjs will be changed when i do the lift just to do it

Yeah if you do that, you should be ok. if you plan on wheeling, make sure you don't go hard until you have front diff drop and either an adjustable Panhard bar or the drop kit they sell on toytech or others..
