Anyone know of those will fit over the bigger tundra brakes?

I'm assuming they will because those are tundra wheels. However, they look like base model wheels which meant they were probably on a Tundra with the smaller brakes.

plenty of tundras came with 16" wheels. i think with the 17" you should be totally in the clear. there's no way the offset is that much different than the 16's, if at all...
