What did everyone pay for their 4th gen?

Back in January bought a 2005 V8 Sport 4WD

1 Local Owner. Flawless service records. 120k. Unfortunately it had michelins on it that im still waiting to show some sign of loosing tread. $9500 at a dealer

got my 1 owner 05 v8 w/140k on her for $7300, i snatched it up quick as it has lived it has entire life in north chicago and was absolutely rust free except for the receiver hitch. That, paired with all the service records gave me peace of mind that these people took really good care of their stuff.

I looked for over 2 years before finding mine, and it's not the one I really wanted, I was looking for a 4X4 V8 but took the 2 wheel drive V8 because it was such a good deal, figure I could always sell it if I find what I really want, I found many others but they were sold before I got to them!

Look hard and don't wait if you see one and go ready to buy and jump on it if it looks good!

I looked for a long time before I found this one a few months ago. 2007 Sport 4WD V-8, 150K... perfect interior, all maintenance done at dealer ...pristine shape, zero rust. $13k out the door. Absolutely happy with it. Already started a build on it...check out my build thread...

South Texas truck so certainly no rust. I looked for about 4 months. These pictures are just before I drove her home from the dealership. $14,400

04 v8 Limited with 180K, paid $7k. Was looking at a Lexus rx330 when I saw this pop up on craigslist. Previous owner had all records and had replaced the suspension in the last year. Pricing seems to be all over the place nationally, though around the Rockies this rig was probably underpriced by 2-3k. So glad I got this instead of the lexus.

Found my 2003 V8 sport with 222k on it for $4,000. One owner before me, and was serviced at the dealership I used to work at. Needs a little love, but being an ex Toyota Master Tech, doesn't need anything I haven't seen or done before. Excited to start building it!!

Seriously interested in this. Going to take a test drive tomorrow, other than keeping an eye out for rust what else should I check for? Going to try and put it in an out of 4WD etc. Supposedly 1 owner, kept in VT I will climb under it tomorrow to look for rust.
