What a good deal! I paid 12k for a 2006 limited 4wd V6 with 145,000 in the summer of 2018. I feel like I over paid.

I bought mine last month. 2004 V6 4WD, 169k mi, single owner Texas vehicle, records, undercarriage looked new. Paid $5500 which I thought was pretty good.

2007 SR5 RWD, 190k miles. Bought from the Toyota dealership for $9000 out the door.

Southern truck without a speck of rust, always serviced at a Toyota dealership, all new fluids, leather interior, mirror turn signal upgrade, and she passed a compression test with flying colors.

I overpaid a little, but it’s a well-sorted truck and ready for another 100k miles.

$13k for a 06 SR5 4wd with 70kmiles and no rust from Arizona. It had sat for a while only getting 500 miles a year for the past couple years. It was bought, repainted and put up for sale. Everything works, nothing to do to it but lift it and get some new rubber on =]

I searched the US for 4th gens with low mileage. The range of vehicles I came across were rusted out and high mileage beaters for $14k and ok but high mileage for $10k. I was searching and watching prices for like 4 months before buying this one, so I feel like I got a good deal based on what saw on the market. I just had it delivered from Arizona and its sitting in my office's parking lot and I'm out of town for work!!! I want it now!!

4.7 liter V8

No rust to speak of, but the dash is toast, the fuel door spring was missing and the passenger side headlight was full of condensation, subwoofer rattles just a bit.

Already ordered the Coverlay dash cover and fixed the fuel door.

Even with the bad dash I agree, that's a steal. It seems that the 4wd v8s are higher in value than when I was shopping 4 years ago...

Galactic Gray and Pacific Blue 4WD 4.7 Sport Editions are not easy to find under 180k mi anymore :sobbing:

New to the forums, but just picked up my first 4runner and should be taking delivery soon. Decided to go the same route I have been for my 5 previous vehicles to save a few bucks: Copart!

2003 Limited 4x4 V8 with 130k miles with "some front end damage" that i'll be working through in the next month So far I have $4000 with all the fees and transport. Hoping to have all complete in under $6800.


Can't wait to get it resurrected, have a few minor plans for this as our camping rig.
