I bought a 2004 sr5 v8 4runner with a 10000k miles on it, 6 weeks ago. The truck ran great fast off the line, took it to the dealer for oil change. They told me The timeing belt should be changed said ok. Got it back and it run ok but it seems to slower than before I brought to them.They put 0 20 w oil in it I did not know it till I looked at the bill a week later, I told them to take it out they said it was ok, put in 5 30 w in it. Any ideas why the truck seems slower, and how to fix it. They girls are really stupid.
What did the dealer do.

does it feel slower overall or just off the line?

0W-20 is just fine for the V8. Leave it in there, if anything, it is better protecting your engine. As for the "slowness", give it some time. To do the timing belt, I don't believe one has to disconnect the battery, but do so to reset the computer. It should/will relearn your driving style. Unless of course they loyally screwed it up, but I would think there would be other symptoms associated with the timing belt.
Well first you would have to convince them the truck does not feel right and is bogging ever since the T belt job. If you can do that then the tech should right away proble know to check the t belt timing

it drives fine now. just had to relearn is what im guessing. I know they took off my battery terminal because my radio was reset.
