What did they(japs) do to the t4R

I'm looking for a camper that my 2011 T4R can pull. It says it has a 5,000 pound towing capacity. I looked at the specs for the 2008 T4R and it has a 6800 pound towing capacity. WHAT did they remove from the T4R's in the last three years??
