what do the codes mean?

Im getting the codes P0300 and P0301 have any of you had these and what did you do to fix it?

I should have wrote we know its random misfire haha we have tried so many different things to fix it and we still haven't figured it out so I was wondering if anyone else has had this same problem?

Replace Plugs and Wires NGK to be exact. Then move onto the coil packs if that doesnt solve it.

A miss can be caused by several different things, there's no way for us to know unless you give detailed info about what you've done to the truck so far and any other info you can think of. Missing could be plugs, wires, coils, boots, valves, injectors, head gasket, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure reulator, ignitor, etc.....
