What do you think my truck is worth?

I'm considering selling my truck and going down to a 1 car family to help pay for school. Here is the gist of my truck/mods:

-2000 SR5 4x4 auto
-just under 69k miles
-extra set of wheels with bfg's (stockers have snow tires)
-1.5" body lift
~1.5" suspension lift: tundra 5100's all around with stock front springs, rear daystar coil spacer
-CB/aftermarket radio installed
-front d-shackle mounts
-cloth interior

Mechanically the car is in perfect shape, all fluids were changed out <10k miles ago with amsoil synthetic, motor oil is done every ~5k with synthetic. I'm the second owner, it is in GREAT shape, almost no rust underneath (the truck was garaged winters, it has only seen about 2-3 in it's lifetime while i've had it).

It does need LCA bushings so I was going to do those and replace the LBJ's at the same time while I had it all apart, and put in the new style steering rack guide. Other than that everything else on the truck is 100%.

I live in SE minnesota so I know there should be pretty good demand for it. Is $7500 asking too much?

I think $7500 is more than fair. That's a $10k truck up in the NW.

Seems odd that your low mileage 4R needs the suspension parts you're putting in.

Depending on where you live will have a bearing on selling price. Rust is a big issue up north regarding suspension and frame condition. Still, there is a limit to what the vehicle is worth to anyone. With all issue resolved, somewhere between $8k and $10k there's a buyer.

Like others said, it depends on rust. If it is almost rust free with that low of mileage you could get $10k for it, if not more, here in VA

Steve I'm with [MENTION=132784]Bstrom[/MENTION] on the suspension parts??? If you're selling it, I would only consider changing out the LBJ's. It's a known safety issue. This would be a good selling point. Inexpensive and easy to do.

As far as the LCA's and new Steering rack guide, I would leave it alone. It's a 16 year old vehicle and like all old vehicles bushings will probably need to be changed. You'll gain nothing from doing either of them.

As far as price, here in the Portland area (PNW) you could easily ask 10K and get it. Just check out Portland or Seattle Craigslist.

Odd that I'm replacing original suspension components on a nearly 17 year old truck? I don't find that odd, several of the rubber bushings/etc on the truck are starting to dry out and crack just from age. This truck has been in the woods and mud plenty, that being said it has been maintained perfectly. Like I said, I already have the parts on hand for the LCA bushings, LBJ's, and newer steering rack guide. I ordered the steering rack guide parts just because I already had the other stuff on order, and with the older style guides after many miles they tend to start to wear grooves into the rack. For ~$50 I figured I would just do it now before it had a chance to do that. Again, LBJ's were ordered too just for peace of mind. I've been under the truck and pryed on them plenty to make sure there was no play, and there isn't any. I was planning on doing all that work in case I decide to keep the truck, then it's just done and I don't have to think about it. I'm probably past the point of being able to return the parts. I appreciate the feedback guys, I guess the truck is likely worth a little more than I thought. :becky:
