What gen cargo cover is this?

Been thinking about going to grab this cargo cover.

I have owned both 3rd gen cargo covers and the owner says this is the third gen's cover.

But it has different mounting hardware than I'm used to seeing. I googled the 4th gen cover, but haven't seen any of the mounting points so I wanted to make sure.

My 5th gen Limited has a cargo cover handle that looks like the one in your picture, but the ends of mine are spring loaded and fit into indentations in the cargo area.
