I was looking at buying a 3rd gen and I like the way they look with the cover over the tail lights in the picture. First what would I call it, and can I get them somewhere and are they easy to install?

in the northwest we call it a "branch anchor". lots of trees on our trails!!!

It's used to keep your back window clean and the exhaust out of the cab when the back window is down. I wish I had one on my '97. It's nice on my 2002.
