So just want some thoughts, I think it's my power steering pump going bad. Every time I start the runner it squeals for a few seconds, also if I turn it under a load and if I turn it all the way to the stops. What is the verdict?

Belt issue

It is very likely that your belt is slipping,adjust the tension or replace the belt if needed.Very unlikely for pumps to go bad it could leak most of the time.
 
I agree with vipergrhd check the belt tension using your hand, it shouldn't have more than about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of slack/bend in it when you push on it.

The adjustment for the PS is a pain because the tensioner is located behind/under the ps pump itself. I just replaced all my belts last weekend and it took about 45 min to do them all once I figured out which nuts to loosen.

It will help to remove your airbox first as this will enable a much easier path to the PS tensioner, there are two bolts on the front of the PS pump to be loosened and then use the tensioner to tighten. Should probably only need a few cranks.
