What lift to get? Not sure what to buy

I'm looking to get a lift for my 4runner, I have looked on toyteclifts and there are a few options I'm not sure what I should be looking at.

The lift we want is 2.5 - 3 inches, and don't want to cheap out on the spacers or whatever we still want a nice ride quality.

Theres so many options listed out there: whether in that sticky mentioned above or just searching 3rd gen small lift

However here are a few options:

tundra trd front springs/bilies
land cruiser rear springs (a bit high for a mild lift)
OME KIT ~ 700 for all shocks and spring
toytec's ultimate ~ 1000
