What size front and rear diff

I am sorry if this has been beat up but...
What size is the front differential and the rear differential on a 2005 v8 sport 4runner
I did a quick search but no info

I want to regear to 4.56 with arb's front And rear

the rear is a V6/Turbo 8" diff with 3.73 gear ratio, the front is a 8" IFS clam shell diff with 3.73 gears. Erik's Toyota Differential info

Put it in a savings or money market. If you get a local shop to do the work on your diffs, you'll want to find a very reputable shop that has experience with Toyota diffs (shouldn't be difficult in Denver), and buy the parts from them to be sure you don't run into any issues with parts vs labor warranty.

Another option is to purchase complete 3rd members from East Coast Gear Supply, or some other places. They sell you reman diffs with your gears and lockers installed, you pull yours, install theirs, and send yours back as cores.

It's just planing right now
I just dropped off the runner at addicted this morning and getting it back Friday so I can make it out Saturday
Hope this is the last fix for the suspension
