What tire size can I use on these.

I'm curious what size tires can go on these wheels. I'm looking at these and a set of the regular trd offroad rims of whatever they are.
Do i have to go bigger or can I just get the 265/65/17 or 265/70/17?

If the wheel in your photo is OEM TRD, and not a replica, it’s only 7” wide, and Tire Rack recommends at least a 7.5” wide wheel for 285 and wider tires. I know people on here have put 285s on 7” rims, but some tire shops won’t do it for insurance reasons.

The TRD Off Road rim is 7.5” wide.

You don’t have to go bigger on tires with either rim. The 265/65/17 and 265/70/17 will both work fine.

I have a set of the TRD Off Road rims with Toyo AT2 255/80/17 tires in the photo below my posts.

I run 275/70r17 on mine no problem. Several people run 285/70r17 on those rims and haven’t had issues.
