What would you do?

Let's say you just got a 91 V6 SR5 4runner. 220k on vehicle, ~140,000 on motor. Got it torn apart for the head gasket now. Would you replace anything while the motor is torn apart? Also, are there any other things to replace on a "new" old vehicle? As far as I know it should run fine once back together..

I would check and clean Injectors, replace all vacum hoses, gaskets. I was dumb and put a used motor and did'nt replace the valve cover gaskets and after a 1000 miles was my only leak!. Good Luck & Enjoy!!:banana:
