What would you pay for a new Army Green TRD Pro 4Runner?

I didn’t read every response but want to make a comment. My wife loves the AG. I, don’t. I don’t believe it’ll age as well as imperial jade. It looks good, it’s a “pro” color, but it just doesn’t do it for me.

My local dealer has only had a couple and they seem to have sat from what I’ve seen. Maybe that’s part of the local economy but for me, I wouldn’t pay any more for an AG than I would for any other color pro.

I contacted a few dealerships about the Army Green 4Runner and they all have a 5k markup because they are "limited in production".

Is it this commonplace to pay over msrp? I'm curious if this is just because 2021 orders are already in and they won't be manufacturing any more Army Greens. I love the color but not 5k more.. Not to mention 2021 has LED headlights lol..

We just bought an AG TRD Pro here in Denver. Autonation wanted 10k over MSRP, but all were already sold. Stevenson Toyota had no premium over MSRP but all were sold and they couldn't get any more in. Ended up at Groove Toyota and paid MSRP+5kPremium. Had to wait 3 weeks, but it came in yesterday.

Couldn't find anything that wasn't already on hold for someone within 500 miles or so.

Stevenson said I could order a 2021 Lunar Rock, but they said it would be several months out still.

I've noticed several dealers have up to 10 Army Greens in transit currently. Guessing they just ordered as many as they could and plan on up charging desperate people.

AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe is charging 10k over MSRP lmao.

update: AutoNation offered to lower to 5k when I laughed at them for the 10k markup.

It gets better, they have three in stock now based on their website and are listing them with a MSRP of $101431 and a sale price of $107030.

Hell, if someone would give me $80K for mine right now I'd take the money and go put in a 2021 Defender 110 X order.

Up here in Canada, I just got the TRD PRO AG for $62k CAD, which is approximately $47 USD. I love the colour, but can't imagine paying over MSRP. In fact, they just announced the TRD OFF ROAD with the same colour for 2021, which pissed me off.

I agree with you about Toyota pissing people off with making AG and cement in the lower model. I have been driving Toyota trucks for years. This makes me more now to keep mine and not trade up and just drive it for a long time.

I am actually thinking about doing the exact some thing as well. I have been looking around here in California and Prices have been between pre-tax $58k to $65k for a TRDP AG. So OTD would be $63k to $70k is ridiculous.

I offered them $63k but luckily for me the dealership refused to give it to me at that price! LOL

If you dont mind me asking, was the process hard to complete working with an out of state dealership? and how much did you pay OTD?:noidea:

That is crazy. The dealer I just got my 21 TRD ORP from had an AG Sequoia TRD Pro marked down to 63k. Different vehicle but there is no way they should ever sell for the same price.

No, its not the Off Road that comes in cement and army green. Its the lowest model Trail based on an SR5. Has none of the off road goods.
