What would you pay for this 06 4Runner

I currently own a 3rd gen 1999 4runner limited 4X4 with 234K on the clock and LOVE it, i came accross online a 2006 4Runner with 200K miles, one owner, the guy says "showroom condition" (my 4Runner is super clean for its age), says he works at Toyota and bought it off the original owner who was going to trade it in and he put some work into it and is reselling it, he is asking $9,500 OBO. Its an Sr5 4X4, cloth interior, dark grey color.

I don't think it sounds like a horrible deal. It does look like nice condition, but just as a reference I bought my 2005 4runner sr5 4x4 like 127k for 8600.

Looks okay, he says new top end on the engine. That brings to to the question, why? Other than that it looks like a good deal.
