Whats on the grill tonight?

So, whats a cooking on the grill today/tonight?
As for me, bacon wrapped cubed Venison on a Cedar plank with some Apple wood providing the smoke. Marinated the Venison in Moores Hickory Marinade and some leftover Vinaigeratte and a shot of Jim Beam...yummmmm
If it don`t work out, I still have some Beam lol

The black stuff is just juice that cooked to the plank. The Meat ... wow . . nom nom nom
