What's the deal with all these bogus user names / bots?

I see the following users viewed my profile. The about me in all of them has an address in the USA. Are these accounts being locked?

I get this on my User Profile as well. And when you look at the offending profile you can see that other valid users also visited the offending profile page as well. I'm guessing we're all getting searched.

Hyo408 looks to be the only valid user to look at my profile recently.
