What's this part (timing belt related)??

I'm elbow deep in replacing my timing belt (have everything off and about to start putting new parts in), when I found that in my degrease puddle a part fell out that I can't identify. Looks like some kind of a dust cover, and I may be able to figure it out, but if anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great!

It goes on top of the tensioner. New tensioner should have one on it.

Oops, I feel kinda stupid now since Tim had this exact part shown/explained in his video. If only I had waited further into the video before posting, I would have figured it out .

Quick tip- when I installed the t belt I did not tighten the tensioner up until the last step of the actual belt installation. I positioned the belt on the cam pulleys and clamped them. Then installed the top idler, then took all slack out of the driver side and wrapped the crank gear and left the passenger side loose until last. Got everything in the right place with slack only in the tensioner side and then tightened up the tensioner. Went pretty smoothly.

Thanks, that's the route I took too. I didn't even install the tensioner until I had the timing belt installed.
