My first mod was Spidertraxx spacers. I'm still running them over a year later, but I want to ditch them for wheels that just have the offset I want.

Fist mod will be some AT tires, followed by a lift. What goes first tho. I want some 285 tires on stock rim, I’ve been reading that I would need a lift first for bigger tires, others say 285 will fit on stock height by pulling and repositioning the front fender.

Hoping to install a lift kit on my 2008 SR5. 3" in the front/2" in the rear. However, looking at parts has given me quite the headache.

First mod

Definitely new headlight assembly with some HIDs... I'm blind as hell at night and the old headlights are yellowed out.

I got a few in my first go:

AJT fob for 22+ (the spare key keeps falling out);
Center console tray (too soon to tell);
Gas cap holder (ibid);
Ceramic coating and 3M crystalline tint go on in 10 days.

If anyone has any experience with crystalline tint I’m eager to hear real world reviews.

I’m hoping to clear out the rear seats and get a luno mattress in the rear along with RSG skids, sliders, and some AT tires to start off road camping soon.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I have a 2002 sr5, and after I fix an upper ball joint and ruptured brake line, I want to put a 2 or 3 inch lift on it and get wheels and tires. Still trying to decide if I want a cheaper spacer lift ($249 rough country) or a more expensive full suspension lift.

I've had my 3rd gen for a while, but my first addition had to be those wide-angle mirror attachments. Such a simple way to improve the driving experience, especially when getting used to a new vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.
