What’s your first mod gonna be?

For camping: remove rear seats, make window covers, set up an inflatable bed, attach usb solar panel to roof, and figure out how to operate the rear window from the back with uninterruptible power
 
CarPlay/Android head unit I. My 2003 SR5

Purchased my 2WD SR5 new in 2003 and have never modded it. Moving from Hawaii to Washington State in 2019 and navigation will be very useful.

So my 1st mod will be installing JVC head unit with Android and CarPlay along with all new speakers.

I'm really big on music/entertainment/tech. I will likely research a really, really good CarPlay stereo, buy it from Crutchfield, and then figure out how to install it. From my (short) research, it doesn't look like it will be too hard.

It seems the "UrbanRunner" package may make installation a tad bit different, but I'm not sure about that.
 
Finally pulled the trigger on a 2018 Magnetic Gray LE about a week ago (been lurking since a little before that).

Just ordered a set of the SCS Ray10's so i can ditch the LE 20" highway tires.
 
Just purchased a 2019 ORP, went in looking for a used 2016-17, wouldn't really save me much so started looking at 2018's. Found a deal on a 2019 I thought was very good so went for it. First mod...LED interior and license plate lights.

Glad I didn't go with the Jeep Wrangler.
 
Technically the first thing I did was put Nitto Grapplers on a couple weeks ago bust I just ordered the OCD center console organizer and tray along with the 2.5" Daystar lift spacers, so i'm just counting it all as "first".

Edit: I almost forgot, I went to an upholsterer and had them add some foam to the driver leg side bolster to try and mitigate some hip pain I was getting while driving, it made a big difference!
 
I have a 2018 black SR5 and want the TRD Pro Rims. Anyone have any pictures with stock wheels? Trying to decide if upgrading the tires as well is necessary
 
I'm also going to need a front bumper, which I had already planned on, but I'm going to need it a little quicker than anticipated. From the front, my 4runner looks like it's got the palsy. Any recommendations on a stout winch bumper for a decent price? Opinions on the diy bumpers?
 
I've already acquired a Dobinsons awning, but my first true mod was the AIP bypass on my 4th gen v8. I have a long list of mods planned but I want to fix all the major mechanical issues before I start with lift etc....that being said, I do have some 5100's with OME 885 springs already sitting in my garage. I will be using Toytec Superflex 1.5" springs, and Toytec rear Boss Shocks. My runner has a decent amount of rust underneath so this lift project will also be used as a time to replace many heavily corroded components, and clean and POR15 the ones in decent shape.
 
I swapped the running boards and tinted front windows. Ordered ICON wheels and suspension black friday weekend so waiting for those to be delivered
 
My first Mod's

I would like to install a lift and changes the wimpy tires out for some nice AT's.
I have experience with Bilstein 6112's on my 2010 Tacoma and I might choose those for my 4R. I enjoy the research and intend to look for alternatives first.

My GF wanted the Wrangler. After having a rental she changed her mind. I convinced her a 4R was the way forward. Order placed for 2019 TRPRO

I'm going to ride it out with the stock TRDPRO wheels/tyres too. I love the BFG's though looks so aggressive. I'll wait for the tyres to wear out then swap the rims and rubber. Spend my cash on other goodies first. Just need to stay away from the computer hahaha
