What’s your first mod gonna be?

Wheels and Tires

Ditched the stock limited wheels and went with Methods after inheriting a set of KM2's. Body mount chop and trimming was next. Next up will be the UltraSwing from RIGd Supply.

Picked up a 2014 SR5 4x4 on Saturday but i purchased king coilovers, king rear shocks, and camburg ball joint UCA last week. I purchased it to avoid paying California Sales Tax on online orders from out of state retailers that started today, April 1, 2019

I'll go more aggressive than most, but I'm going to do an Exhaust Cutout right after the Cats. 04 Sport V8.

I WANT TO FEEL THE GROUND SHAKE! That and I plan to do open Drag Nights once those Start up.

My first big mod is getting some trd pro rims, did some small mods with headlights and changing out the stock radio.

Mods

I don't actually own the vehicle yet, but on an '03 v8 sr5 4x4 that I'm working on purchasing, I think I'm going with a Toytec 3" lift w Bilstein 5100s in the front and rear, and Toytec superflex springs. But since I'm obsessive I have a damn long list of theoretical mods from TRD Pro rims to a Prinsu roof rack. A lot of money to save and work to do, but it'll be worth it!

Hello Brand new to this forum. I had a 2007 white 4runner Sport for a little over 12 years. Been trying for a while to get wife on board to get a newer 4Runner.

Yesterday, traded mine in for a 2018 Arctic Blue Limited with tan leather. VERY nice looking truck. :D

It did not come with running boards, but thinking about getting either factory running boards of possibly mud flaps. I know it looks better now with out either of those items. But I am hoping to try to protect the body from rocks and stuff from flying up from the road.

Have you guys seen any blue 5th gens limited with mud flaps? I can't seem to find any. I would hate to install either of these items and it look like crap. Hoping to get an opinion from those more experienced than myself.

Gonna post pics of both old and new when I am able to.

The first mods for my 3rd gen are:

K&N drop in air filter
Bug deflector for hood
Vent visors for windows all the way around
LED headlight bulbs

Planning to do the Tundra brake upgrade up front and some interior work when I get a quote back from a local upholstery shop. Nothing too crazy planned as it is 2WD and will spend 99% of its life on road when I'm away from work.

Having just discovered this forum I learned how to pop off all of the console and dash panels. So, first mod is to run a UBS power cable to my phone which I mount to an air vent.
So much nicer than having it exposed.

Then I replaced most of the interior lights with LEDs. that does look a lot nicer. I managed to break a tab on the main dome light, but it still fits in.

My next will be to add some more USB power ports for passengers.

I'm not sure if cleaning it counts, but now that I'm vesting some time into my '08, I spent a lot of time cleaning it inside and out and it looks much nicer.

I picked up a 2019 TRDORP back in Dec, the first thing I did was a Toytec lift with Bilstein 5100 and a set of BFG KO2. Lots left to do yet!
