I'm gonna be putting in toytec coil overs with lc springs on my ride this weekend and wanted to know if there is any place or type of place in particular I should go to to get an alignment

The only thing I recommend 4wheelparts for is alignments. I despise the place wholeheartedly, but they actually do a really nice alignment. BUT, you pay for it, at close to $90.
I don't know where the one is AZ is though, may not be local. Certainly not worth a long drive, especially if your alignment is whack

Firestone has a "lifetime alignment" service for a little less than $200.
I just had mine done today. I have heard that quality can be variable - sometimes they have newbs do it. I usually ask to make sure the person doing it is experienced. And having said that, I have never had an issue with them.
If you are going to be doing a bunch of tweaks it might be worth it.

I too have Firestone and so far had 6-7 alignments. You pay $200 for the first alignment and everything after is free. YOu can get an alignment everyday! No restrictions!!!
IF the mechanic is going to remove/adjust the front lower control arms, tell him to lose the bolt FIRST (NOT the nut).

Firestone is cheap, its also for life.... But I have had far less than stellar experience with the quality of their work, you get what you pay for! Just know that they dont give a sh**t about your alignment they are just hoping that it will get you in the shop so that they can sell you some service that you dont need.
It really depends on your location and my guess is that in AZ they wont get away with the stuff they pull here in Prius loving Berkeley.
As Kanger said I would Yelp your local firestone and see what people say, not that Yelp in fail proof but it should give you an idea.

There is a 4wheelpart store in southeast phoenix/mesa area. I'm taking mine to Acura North Scottsdale on Monday but I get a huge discount. Both of these would mean a 3 hour drive down the mountain from your area though.

They actually run this special a lot. Might be going on now, would have to check their website. I'm taking my truck to Right Toyota on Saturday for an oil change and lube. They seem to take good care of it and when they find something wrong I just fix it myself haha

They do the same to me. I try to get there $20 oil change coupon. Lets see, last time they said I need...
-Timing and water pump ~$800(I'm still 20K miles away)
-Throttle cleaning ~$150
-Power steering flush ~$90 (I actually need to do this)
-I asked about spark plugs and wires. Was quoted $210 !

Listen to TheDurk. Go to Hunter website, use shop locator. Get a lug centric Road Force Balance on a Hunter gsp9700 and the Straight Track service, then get alignment on Hunter machine. I found a shop here in Denver with some brand new Hunter equipment via the website and via Hunter's regional manager, who returned my call asking for shop recommendations.

FWIW, I bought the Firestone lifetime alignment for around $125 while they were running a promo. They normally do a good job considering the 35's. I usually tell them some of the numbers I want and they get pretty close if not spot on with them. Maybe I just found a good one or something lol. I probably get 3-4 per year as normal maintenance, unless I need one for a specific reason.
specifically, what are the numbers you tell them?

Mainly caster, to get it close to 2.5 as possible. This gets my tire more forward and keeps it from rubbing the pinch weld/firewall area.

Don't go to any chain shop, they have high turnover so their "techs" are usually a lot less skilled.
Talk to local performance shops, find out who does alignments for the local race cars and performance crowd. You will pay a bit more but the people working on your rig will be a lot more skilled.
