Where to sell transmission cores?

Hello all, quick question! Anyone know any companies that buy the A340F auto trans in particular? I've got one right now with 170k miles in full working order and I've got a other with 260k that I'll be pulling this spring to do a manual swap. Any input is appreciated. Thankyou

there are places who buy cores. google search. I looked into it and they would only give like $50 for them.

I ended up finding a safe out of the way location and have stored mine. glad I did because I ended up needing some parts off it.

Oh man lol! I didnt know core prices were that low! I'd be better off selling it privately I suppose! I appreciate it.

Cores go for nothing. If it's an 01-02 transmission that works well then you can ask a little more.

props for a local sale. it'll cost more to ship somewhere than you sell an automatic for. if it were a manual, i'd call marlincrawler to gauge their interest, since they do refundable core charges on those.
