Which 4Runner to keep?

I have a 2000 Limited. (Full time 4WD for patchy snow, etc. because we get that so much in Georgia) My cousin has a 2000 SR5 stick with supercharger. Both had timing belts, etc. done about 40k miles ago. Mine has 200k, his has 170. I'll be picking his up this weekend to sell.

But, do I sell mine and buy his or sell his? What price difference?

Issues:

Mine has the locking issue where they unlock but won't lock, as well as the lumbar support not working right.

His: I'll have to drive it and check.

Deciding between a 2000 SR5 stick shift with supercharger, fewer miles and (assuming you don't find any) no known, or fewer issues than the 2000 limited that has AWD you don't need and a few known issues?

There's an obvious answer!
