Which Spark Plugs 2005 V8?

I have a 2005 V8 and need to change the plugs. Called the dealer and they quoted something like $14-$15 per plug!!

I prefer to stay OEM and know I need Iridium, but am confused what part # and source are best?

Looks like Toyota has changed part numbers over the years (various dealers sites says compatible XXX plug replaces YYY)?

Are NGK and Denso identical to OEM in red/white Toyota box?

Are there counterfeits out there (ebay...shipped from China)?

Are all pre-gapped?

So is PN 90919-01210 interchangeable with 90080-91180? I see on eBay where I can get 4 of these for under $16

Be careful with eBay...I hear there are lots of NGK and Denso fakes on there. You can get these at Advance Auto and I believe by signing up, you get a one-time 25% off online coupon. You can have them shipped or pick them up locally.

As you saw the 90080-91180 replaced the 90919-01210 which is an older Toyota part number for the Denso SK20R11 plug, so they are the same plug, but as mentioned there are many counterfeit name brands spark plugs being sold on eBay and from other sources so it's buyer beware IMHO, if the price seems to be to good to be true on such websites I would say the chances they are highly likely to be Chinese counterfeits is pretty good IMHO!!!

That being said I'm sure there are some genuine NOS 90919-01210 plugs still being sold from reputable sources and possibly for a little less than 90080-91180 plugs but I still wouldn't buy them unless I was sure they are being sold by a reputable source!

Can you generally trust Rockauto? Anyone have counterfeit problems there?
