Whine from AC Blower?

I keep getting what sounds like electrical interference coming from behind the glovebox.

1. It only happens when the AC has been on for a little bit maybe like 10min.

2. If I turn the AC off it goes away.

3. Its rpm dependent. The more throttle the higher the pitch of the whine.
