White letters IN or OUT?????

I like them out.

Looks almost identical to my 2006 Sport except I have the Rugged Trails. When I swapped out the Dunlops at over 50K, I agonized over this question and finally decided to stick with the white letters. Would have gotten Cross Terrains except the "MICHELIN-MICHELIN" letters looked dumb. The BFG's have been great after about 40K. Very pleased. If I don't hit curbs and use Westleys BleachWite and a stiff brush, the letters hold up just fine and add a bit more style than the blackwalls, IMHO.

Are those really 35" tires? Did you have to trim? What lift are you running to fit those 35" tires?

not in the pictures I had in this thread no. My sig is updated with the tire size I have now, 35x12.5x17 Toyo Open Country MTs, and includes a link to a picture with those tires mounted.

Anyway, you have to do a LOT more than "trim" to run these tires. The cooper discoverers in the previous pictures are 33s and fit with mild trimming since they're about 10.5 wide vice 12.5.

To keep it "sort of" on topic, I like raised white letters facing out so much that I've researched options for "painting" the letters on these toyos so the look the way I want them to.
