ok so i gots me an idea.... this is similar to the "spotted" thread, but different as that more requires you to actually see the vehicle in person, this is more for random sightings such as online or in pictures...

i have seen several 3rd gens online and and on social media recently and figured they are here, as they are modded in "our" manner. some of us may have questions as to some of the mods or would simply like more info on the rig and this would be a great way to find the owner/build thread so here it goes...

Its not that... They just think tat because they started a page for 4runners or Toyotas that the world owes them something and they are better than everyone else... One person gave them the same advice we give out here daily and that is to look around and do a little research before asking elementary questions. They got offended at a sarcastic comment and then when they got called out on it started axing people... People who have probably forgotten more about 4runner than this person knew. Idk I guess I'm just getting old, cause I'm tired of this stuff. If you can't take constructive criticism in life you are gonna be in for a rough life.

I spotted this Rig in Snohomish WA a few weeks back while working out of state- What caught my attention was the front bumper, looked like an ODL or Shrockworks with hoops. A girl was driving it, and I think she thought I was a stalker... "creepy guy taking pics" lol. She hauled ass outta there :bolt:

I also seen another clean Black 3rd gen in Gig Harbor with a Gobi roof rack and ladder, but didn't get any pics...
