Who's Good at Photoshop?

Hey everyone,
So I just threw Kevlars on the 3rd gen. (had them on my previous Jeep and loved them). But, before I bring the "street queen" back on the road, I want to make her look even more different.

Could someone photoshop the rims black? and possibly do another photoshop with just the center black, leaving the lip polished?

I'd greatly appreciate it!
