he could get outta that ticket easy. Boots are supposed to go on the driver's side by law IIRC.

I don't know, that might be a risky move. They might have placed them on the passenger side with some sort of loop hole because of the proximity of the Corolla to the drivers side.

They also slapped a huge impossible to get off sticker on the drivers side window to notify the driver. With a driver that fails to pay enough tickets to get booted and ignores a huge sticker that tells them they have been booted and not to move their car, you're going to need Johnny Cochran on your side to win that one.

Has. I have one wheel that's like that and it drives me nuts! I always think I lost one of them.

im guessing its abandoned anyway. The sticker usually takes a few days to show up as its like a last warning to move the vehicle before it gets impounded or something.
