I like a lot the JL redesign.
But we travel solo. Never had an issue in either of our Subarus, been dozens and dozens of miles from pavement with little kids.
Now we use the 4Runner instead. We may have an issue one day, but I just cannot take the FCA product risk.
I can live with some reliability issues, but dependability is more important than anything else for me (see solo with kids).
This is also one reason I am no fan of any but the mildest mods, like a lift under 2" etc.
