Doubt it. I'm running 275/65/18 with a 3/2 lift and still rub occasionally.

I actually have the same rig as you. Mine is an 08, though. I'm picking up the limited wheels and color keyed grille in a few hours. Would BFG A/T 265/65/18 work with no rubbing?

Those should fit...I ran those with a daystar 2.5/1.5 kit so I'm not 100%

The BFG A/T's may also rub? I'm running BFG's 275/65/18 with around 4" front and 3" rear lift. I still had to trim a little to stop rubbing.
